Virtual Artist Pandemonia exhibits, first painting. Conceived in the darkest point of the 2021 lock-down as an antidote to the never-ending British winter, “Hello, Sunshine!” began as an Instagram post. Invoking the spirit of Southern Europe, the image acted as a beacon of positivity to online audiences.
New developments in the direction of Pandemonias work brought on by lock-down have resulted in experiments in painting. The choice of Acrylic paint and airbrush application is used to create a unified flawless image. In a reversal of painting roles, Pandemonia makes the physical virtual, the real, and the virtual converge.
Created mid-2000s by an anonymous London artist, Pandemonia is a multi-media conceptual Art project centered around a female motif that has been absorbed by the media complex through interventions, appearing in print magazines, film, social media, and advertising campaigns.
